Tell us about the work...
The organizer of this event asked me to scribe, and I was happy to (finally) do paid work again:) It was a win-win though, because I loved the openness and sincerety of the Theology faculty and their relations, to look at themselves with a fresh look, and look beyond their own context, to the deeper values that connect us all.
Also, they were open to do a collective reflection at the end, which practically meant that each participant reflected on the scribed image with 1 sentence in the chat, in the structure "I see/ I sense/ I feel". This resulted in participants showing emotions and feeling connected and inspired. The words that people shared were a valuable addition to the image and supported meaning making. So the image was an active player to support the whole group in together creating something "extra" at the end of the conference. This way it became not just my work, but a collective creation.
